Food Vendor Terms & Information
- All applications will be reviewed for menu variety, healthy choices, price range and how well the booth fits into the festival setting. Booth Space will be $600 for the 2025 festival. Vendors are required to provide their own booth materials and equipment. In addition to the application form, please submit a detailed sketch setting out the dimensions and design of the booth, trailer, or truck. Photographs are also accepted. Space is limited.
- Portable generators are allowed on site with the approval of the Cosumnes Fire Department. Power on site is limited so please indicate on your application what your power requirements are by indicating what equipment you propose to use. A surcharge of $25 per day will be charged to vendors requiring 24-hour electrical service.
- We encourage our vendors to use environmentally friendly practices, to recycle where possible and to limit non-recyclable materials and refuse, (including organic waste). Garbage pickup will be ongoing at no extra charge, but we ask all vendors to keep their space clean and clear of clutter.
- If accepted, the food vendor will be forwarded a contract for signing, which must be returned no later than March 10, 2025. A non-refundable payment is due by April 4, 2025, with your completed contract package.
- Onsite set-up is to be completed by 7:00 pm on Friday, May 2, 2025. Food booths should be ready for inspection by 10:00 am on Saturday, May 3, 2025, by the Cosumnes Fire Department and the Sacramento County EMD.
- Food booths will operate on Saturday, May 3, 2025, from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm and on Sunday, May 4, 2025, from 10:00 am to 5:00 pm.
